STEPS
Go to the future and imagine you have already achieved your vision...what are you doing? What are you saying, what do you look like? Where are you, who are you with?
2! Step INTO this version of you! Look out of the eyes of this you… What are you thinking and most importantly what does it feel like to be this YOU? What is this version of you, who has reached your goal already, -FEELING?
Fill this page with Embodied ME Vision Statements that encompass this future you:

Use these present tense statements as if you have already achieved them.
3. NEXT! Use a symbol to anchor in this Vision. Use a real life symbol you are called to or simply see it in your inner vision and “attach” it to your dreams! What is this vision you have created? What is this symbol? Write it down!
4. HOMEWORK:) Be THIS PERSON EVERY DAY. What are they interested in? What calls to them? What steps are they taking? Take a few! Test it out! Have some fun. Most importantly! FEEL THESE FEELINGS that this version of you has in a visualizing exercise at least 3 times each day for a week! Sit and meditate, complete your practices as you have done here in a rested state and see your dreams come true all around you! Practicing a visualizing exercise takes a bit of time at first and then you can do it with ease. Much of your “time” will be spent at this first weeks practices! Next you are off! ENJOY IT! Don’t forget to write your visions down and paste them on a home screen, make it a “to do” list on the phone or create it in a visual reference using your “symbols” vision boards etc. There are MANY TOOLS you can use to “remind yourself” to have fun “being” YOU!
Continue to bring forth your VISION at least 1/day for the remainder of this month, after the first week as part of your base training.
