Freebird Life Online LTD., Sarah Seads, Wild Seads & Wild Seads Coaching offers fitness, health and well-being resources including Clothes and Products, Training Plans, Books, AI Tools such as Bots and Educational Resources, Games, Apps and Others both virtual, including text, video and audio and In-Person Training including 1:1 and group Coaching & Advising, Meditation, Life & Health Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Breathwork & Yoga, fitness training, goal setting & dream setting.  Activities include but are not limited to running, walking on and off-road, yoga, dance, meditation, self-hypnosis, flexibility, strength and breath work as well as sport specific training.  By participating in any service provided by “us” you, the user, consent to agree with all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated in this document. If you do not agree with all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated in this document DO NOT Consume our products and services.

SECTION 22 - SELF-HYPNOSIS & GUIDED HYPNOSIS SCRIPTS, TEACHINGS AND IN PERSON SERVICES

By purchasing or participating in any Freebird Life Online LTD., Sarah Seads. Wild Seads & Wild Seads Coaching hypnosis product, audio, or experience, I agree to the following:

  • I understand that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I cannot be hypnotized against my will, and I will never accept any suggestion I do not personally choose to accept. I remain fully responsible for my own thoughts, behaviours, and choices at all times.

  • These self-hypnosis services and sessions are for personal growth, relaxation, and mindset support. They are not medical, therapeutic, or psychiatric treatments and are not intended to replace professional medical care.

  • I will never listen to anything in these services while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring alert, conscious attention. These self-hypnosis resources are for restful, calm, and intentional use.

  • I understand that these materials are for my personal use only. I agree **not to copy, share, distribute, or resell** any hypnosis content without written permission from Wild Seads Coaching.

  • I participate voluntarily, and by participating, I release Freebird Life Online, Wild Seads Academy For Advanced Human Performance, Wild Seads Coaching, Sarah Seads and all subsidiaries from all liability related to my use of these sessions and services.

SECTION 23 -CYBERSECURITY & DIGITAL USE CLAUSE

Freebird Life Online LTD., Sarah Seads, Wild Seads & Wild Seads Coaching take reasonable steps to maintain secure digital systems, we do not guarantee that our websites, downloads, or communications will be free from unauthorized access, cyber threats, or interruptions.
