At this coming Retreat we will be focused on PLAYING & HAVING FUN! We will combine many wonderful experiences to Celebrate ourselves and make plans for our future Visions. If you would like to get away to an amazing Paradise, practice daily Yoga and Meditate beside the sea then please do take a look!
It’s going to be the perfect time to get out our Journals and become our Future Selves as we delve also into a world of subconscious rewiring and even a little bit of playful Quantum Living!
We will spend our days enjoying a nice balanced flow that combines a morning beside the sea on our mats under a giant open aired Palapa! Each day we will have time to practice our Yogic Teachings, by Meditating and enjoying some reflection time on our own as well as together.
We will be adventuring together as well, as we head out into the wilderness for an epic experience TO BE CONFIRMED! We have the choice of a few amazing Journey’s with our Guides at Sansara. Stay tuned to find out which adventure we are booking here! It’s all coming together right now!
This is to be a very warm and inviting experience that will fill us all up with these riches - spacious days to recover and restore ourselves, endless oceanic breezes to wash our systems clean and a daily practice of mind & body healings! We will spend our free-time as we feel is best for our bodies then dive into an assortment of hand selected adventures and services to meet ourselves in between a rested state and a very, very, very playful one! We will save you plenty of time to rest and rejuvenate - or crash out after a surfing adventure!!

PANAMA CITY. We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday before the Retreat. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district (Casco Viejo). On Sunday morning between 8:30 -9:00am the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below. We also suggest enjoying an extra night in Panama City on the return, however if you need to fly out on the Saturday, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm. Drop-off's as part of the included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City, are available at the same list of recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included. If you wish to arrange airport transportation we recommend using the Resorts trusted transportation provider, Pineapple Shuttle (contact information below)

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION
? Does passport expiration affect entry to Panama?
A Yes, you need a passport with 6 0r more months of validity to come into Panama.
? Where is the nearest medical facility in Cambutal? If there was an accident or a problem that required more intensive help, where would one have to go?
A. The nearest hospital is in the town of Tonosi, a 25 min drive from Cambutal. Here guests can receive basic care for minor injuries such as stitches, or any infections that require antibiotics. For any large scale injuries requiring x-rays, casting etc - the best option would be 1.5 hrs away in Las Tablas or 2 hrs away in Chitre , which has even more access and available resources through both in the public and private hospitals.

FLIGHT OPTION FROM PANAMA CITY TO/FROM SANSARA RESORT IN CAMBUTAL
We can arrange a private domestic flight for our group from Albrook Airport in Panama City - to Chitre. Chitre is approximately two hours from Sansara. The cost of a private plan for up to 50 passengers is approximately $3900 each way. The additional cost of the flight is not included as part of your retreat package, but is something we could co-ordinate with enough interest in time in advance. If you would be interested in booking a private domestic flight on your own, please do book through www.airpanama.com. Choose between Chitre or Pedasi as destinations. The cost of flight and ground transportation for an individual to travel this way is the responsibility of the individual.
