THE CORE OF EVERY PLAN
1■■ Intuitively Paced Workouts (RPE-Based)
3–5 sessions per week using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) so athletes learn to pace by feel. Builds endurance, climbing and descending strength, agility, technique, and confidence. Optional Heart Rate and Pace-based Zone systems available in most Plans.

Visualization, focus tools, motivation practices, nature-based awareness, and confidence-building Mind Games designed to support mental resilience, enjoyment, and flow.

Digital strength and flexibility programs with hiking- or running-specific movements, video demonstrations, descriptions, and tracking sheets to support longevity and performance.

Includes form drills, uphill and downhill techniques, trail agility, hiking with poles, nutrition and fueling basics, gear preparation, race strategy, taper guidance, and race-day prep.
