✨🦋🦄Visualizing 101!
If we can SEE IT, we can ACHIEVE IT! This is a great way to look at our goals! We do have a very powerful tool in our imaginations to assist us with creating things that we want to achieve and enjoy. This “tool” is inside of us and is regularly accessed when we “think” of something we “want”. I say “think” but really we are creating a mental “image” of this “item” or experience etc. and we do not even need to be able to “see” it!! We can simply experience it in a knowing way that allows us to feel we can recreate this item. There are many ways to visualize. One is to “see” the image using a picture or video inside our “inner vision” and another is to sense it or even just “know” what this would look like! Some people can “see” these images and videos of their goals and others can “know” what these are without needing to “see” it represented. Very neat!
How to Visualize! 101:
Set aside some time to know what it is that you want to achieve! Set your goals and get to it!
Sit quietly or use music or sounds in nature that you like to broaden your abilities in terms of focusing and staying connected to your goals.
Spend at least 3-4 or even up to 10-20+ minutes each day experiencing your goals in a real time “inner vision” experience for 6-7 consecutive days to get the hang of it and make it stick. When you are visualizing, use the tools you have and do not worry at all about “how it looks”. You simply need to know what it is that you want and bring it to life by EXPERIENCING IT. I call this “embodied visualizing” as you will literally feel the experience in a first person format by “stepping into” this version of you who is a master at your goal!
Not sure what it is that you do want? Start with the inverse:). Often if we know what it is that WE DO NOT WANT, we can flip it! Enjoy your visualizing!
IN LOVE!
