Over the years Iβve built a collection of structured training plans for runners, trail athletes, hikers, and endurance explorers. MOMAR & adventure racing plans to come shortly folks so do check back at Training Peaks asap!
These are simple, progressive plans designed to help people build endurance, confidence, and resilience over time.
They follow traditional training structure, but Iβve brought them into a digital format so athletes can access them easily and move step-by-step toward their goals.
Many of these plans also include mindset tools, pacing awareness, strength work, and helpful mental resilience and flexibility strategies Iβve used in my own training, racing and coaching since starting this journey in 1998.
