"Fire Breathing" Pranayama Kriya Audio Recording.
Sarah Seads guides participants through a channelled Kriya yoga breathing technique called "Fire Breathing," emphasizing ease, patience, and pleasure in practice. The session aims to connect and clear the first six internal chakras, starting from the root and moving up to the third eye. Seads instructs on creating a comfortable space, using the wisdom mudra, and performing the breathwork, which involves inhaling through the nose, exhaling through the mouth, and visualizing a figure-eight energy flow between chakras. The practice is designed to release trapped emotions and beliefs, promoting relaxation and tranquility.
